i have noted no for the hoist and sling - my role i do not use a hoist or sling, therefore did not attempt to use them. Kevin bought enthusiasm, knowledge and group participation to the room, i have to say the best traininer i have had so far, and the previous two were good.

The room was rather too small for the number of participants.Overall the venue was convenient, centrally located and quiet. No interruptions.

Very lovely and engaging trainer with indepth knowledge of his course. He was relaxed but very much in control of the class. He gave a lot of real life and practical scenarios making the whole house relatable and applicable in real workplace.

Debbie was amazing! She was down to earth and made everyone feel welcome. She knew everyrhing she was talking about, gave everyone opportunity to join in and speak up without pressure. Debbie explained everything in depth in a simple way.
