Suzy is wonderful at training. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have been in her training course. She explains it all so well and looks for queues to know if we are taking the information in. LaTouche training is so worthwhile in my opinion. Thank you so much. Ciara Cady

Probably needed more time on scenarios and case studies - would suggest a longer period ie 3 hours on that. Better to start with a case and then based on that case discussion go through various aspects such as EPOA / DMR
