This was an excellent course, extremely informative, and very well delivered. The trainer (Tony Bennett) was top class. Such was the enthusiasm in the group, every one was looking forward to going back on the course after lunch breaks. Almost all of the new material I learned on the course, I can use in my job every day. I would like to do the advanced course.
The course was very interesting. On a practical level for our work and our department, it would be very beneficial to take some test cases and put these into practice with the new learning and see how it would benefit us in our investigations. As with a lot of courses, I feel we need to put them into practice quickly after before they are forgotten. However, the link we were sent we will have for future to look at. Our Departments IT system will not allow us access to most of the sites we learned about but it was still very interesting and I found it beneficial.
Tony is a very personable and knowledgeable man.
I enjoyed the discussions and obtained valuable skills from the training which will be implemented on an ongoing basis. I would highly recommend to all Healthcare professionals.
It was really informative and engaging. I found that it was really easy to follow and the videos at the end really helped me understand the points mentioned previous as I saw them in real life situations. The speaker was really engaging, friendly and easy to listen to.
I found the course on course handling very beneficial and I got some good tips for dealing with different types of callers.
