John has been an absolutely fabulous trainer with a wealth of knowledge. His course was interactive, encouraging and extremely supportive. He has inspired confidence into me to use these life saving skills
John made this three day experience extremely enjoyable, the pace was very good. John explained everything thoroughly and applied the vast majority of the content to real life examples/scenarios which furthered understanding. John was happy to answer all questions and did so with a confident approach. John was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the course. Overall, I would highly recommend.
