Niamh was very easy to listen to over the course of the 3 days. She kept everyone engaged and kept the energy levels high. It is obvious she enjoys the content she delivers.

Alot of apprehension ahead of the course but through the delivery and professionalism of the lecturer put me at ease. She was able to explain how this work relates to my everyday work which again was extremely beneficial.
