personally I sat this course before but this was far easier for me to grasp and understand in the way mark had instructed it
I felt Mark put us all at ease to talk about difficult subjects - I could imagine being very comfortable talking to Mark if he was a First Aider within our company so I felt I was able to take away some very useful skills.
Great attitude and was presented very well.
Learnt more in this course than I did in school.
John was a great instructor making points clear and giving detailed descriptions on each relevant scenario
