The course is so detailed and with a good practical guide
Great presentation, trainer great are showing us how to use evacuations chair.
Learnt something knew and knowing how to help others and people in need, who need it but not just in this building but in many other buildings!!!
Found it quite scary and intense however I understand evacuations are also that way so it makes sense
4* because it got complicated when I finished module 5. had to do it again and ask for help
Brilliant course Desmond was informative, interactive, friendly and always willing to chat through the learning points with students sharing his personal experience throughout to make an engaging lesson.
Very good course. Enjoyable and well run. Good balance of theory and practical.
