The trainer was excellent & very engaging. I was supposed to take the course last month & Dympna phoned when I was on my way 15 minutes late to say someone else had taken my place so I wouldn't recommend health matters or venue. Very poor attitude to normal lifestyle issues that arise.
I particularly liked the practical element of the course as it helped me process what to do better than just listening or reading the booklet.
Thank you for an excellent and informative day! Feeling improved confidence with first aid should an incident arise.
