Sonya was amazing. The stories and chats helped with the learning and meant the First Aid is very beneficial. Was good to have the three days to practice and take in the theory.

Overall very beneficial day

Course had a lot of content covered, and a lot of useful engagement. However could be condensed and take place over a shorter period of time in my opinion.
