thoroughly enjoyed my course. hard to make a group of strangers interact confidently with eachother sometimes, dez had no issues with it. brought us all together with confidence and grace.

The course content and trainers delivery held my interest for the duration of the training day. I felt comfortable asking questions.

Brilliant atmosphere in class

Best first aid course I’ve been to. John made it fun yet very interesting and I’ve left feeling a lot more confident with first aid than I’ve ever been. The venue was excellent and very central to shops for lunch and breaks, the only downside being the parking. Excellent overall though
