Excellent course made more interesting by the trainer
I really enjoyed this training and I did learn new things.
Sonya delivered the course with ease and held my attention the whole time. She made it fun and interesting and made sure we as a group understood everything. When it came to the exam it was a breeze due to excellent delivery.
Sonya was fantastic at delivering the course. She made us feel at ease but confident with different scenarios. Excellent , bubbly trainer. Thanks.
