Content had capacity of being very 'heavy' but was delivered with empathy and consideration. The trainer had experiences that he was able to draw on and provide the reality behind possible interactions with colleagues.

All parking spaces reserved, no information on closest parking for people who don't know the area.

Very impressed with the whole day.
