Good comprehensive display of an various first aid related tools and knowledge helpful in any scenario particularly sport
Overall a good and comprehensive experience, it was a great help and it refreshed some prior knowledge and I learned some new things as well.

Overall it was a really informative course and made you realise that is a lot more to mental health than I first thought. It was really well presented and was nice to chat to other staff with whom you don't normally speak with.
