John was very helpful and enjoyed his explanations on the course, best one I have been at in over twenty years! Office staff not that helpful, very helpful getting you booked on but on the day not that nice. Also the parking situation at health matters is really really poor, has been for years if there was another venue on offer I would definitely use.
