Was expecting this course to be extremely boring but actually was amazed at how much I have enjoyed listening to it.

As John said adult the start about the hangman and mental health section, as a person with suicidle thought and mental health, it triggered it and took a wee while to get focused again, just think for others that could b worse than I am could affect them but other than that brilliant day
