Des was an excellent trainer . He kept everyone engaged & was very knowledgeable. He made the course very enjoyable as well as feeling you came away with the confidence & skills to be a good First Aider.

Very informative and easy to understand

Best BLS course I have been on- broken down information into easy to retain and simple way to manage. Previous courses have been a bit daunting. Great to make comparisons to dental setting and everyday settings
