Course was well delivered

Excellent course

There was a lot to fit in in the 2 classes but we did it. The scenarios were a great way to put into practise what we had learned

Trainer was excellent at delivering the course and keeping everyone interested and engaged. Information was very informative and mixture of e-learning and classroom based was a good structure.

Great 2 day course and was made even better by Johns experience. His knowledge was first class and stories of first hand experience and how to deal with scenarios was brilliant
