Course was very engaging all down to John the trainer keeping it interesting and light hearted.He has a great knowledge of first aid that could be used not only in work but also outside of it.

Enjoyed the course. Trainer excellent. Course was engaging and full of knowledge. Reinforced what I already knew and updated me on more recent changes to first aid. Dealt at length with the most common needs for first aid as well the more obscure needs. I feel confident that I can effectively deal with any first aid situation that I am likely to come across in my work place and at home.
