Excellent trainer. Made it very informative. At the right pace

Thoroughly enjoyed this first Aid course. We have completed many over the years and this was my first one with Health Matters and I feel the best one.. So much was covered throughout the day and John was very passionate and informative throughout. I would highly recommend for future training.

Very good, needs rolled out to all staff including non-lone workers, as the psychological side is excellent for de-escalation on the phone plus as a good employer why not have all your staff that bit more prepared.
