The refresher course was excellent. Myra makes everyone feel very comfortable about asking any questions. Really enjoyed it.
The training course was very interesting and the trainer was lovely and had everyone engaged
The course concentrates too much on the technicalities and medical descriptions of anatomy and injuries and not enough on the practicalities of administering first aid. The first half of the course was overly long with the second half seemingly glossing quickly over the content. My assessment froze at question 10 with me being unable to complete the test whilst the test timer ran down. Thankfully I was able to achieve a pass with the initial 10 questions being answered correctly.
