Good course, Mark did a fantastic job at presenting course material and very easy to talk to.
Eamonn was extremely engaging. He made the course very interactive with the class. It was interesting and I came away feeling more confident about how to handle visits should anything untoward happen. Over all I found this very enjoyable.
