Good course and trainer

Great course which was full of knowledge - the trainer was enthusiastic and humorous. Very encouraging and I feel more confident going back into the workplace to carry out first aid activities again.

John was a wonderful trainer. He was very knowledgable and was able to make information accessible and easy to remember. Training was very well paced and really interactive. Very engaging.
