Mark was an excellent trainer throughout the course. He explained clearly from the very start what was required in terms of assessment and what was expected from us and emphasised this regularly. His knowledge of the industry and ability to illustrate examples was really good. He kept the class engaged and used breakout rooms to allow us to chat about the course contents and get to know each other. I really enjoyed his classes. The two videos produced by Health Matters, in which Sean talks through the OBE and the RA, were excellent and incredibly helpful.
