Trainer was genuine knowledgeable/experienced & engaging. Newry office: no onsite parking for trainees, no info stating displaying this until arrival at the site.
Understood the course content that was being taught and was interesting to hear about the different stories that had happened within the workplace
Manual handling is never gonna be the most exciting subject but the trainer was really good and engaging. She made it enjoyable.
