Happy with the course and what I have learnt from it. Correct amount of time and wasn't too wordy
Eamonn was extremely engaging. He made the course very interactive with the class. It was interesting and I came away feeling more confident about how to handle visits should anything untoward happen. Over all I found this very enjoyable.
Excellent trainer, very well presented course
