I found the course very informative and relative to my care home setting . I feel that I have became more self aware and have gained confidence to train other people in the moving and handling process.

Moya is so knowledgeable and passionate about the course and that shined through each week. It encouraged my passion for the subject also. Her constructive feedback was so helpful and I felt like I learned so much each class.
