Despite the course being content-heavy, Lisa ensured it never felt overwhelming. Rather than relying on a slide-heavy approach, she used a conversational and interactive style, guiding discussions and then effectively summarising key points using the slides. This made the session both informative and engaging, striking the right balance between theory and practical application. Her ability to create a safe and open environment encouraged participation and made the learning experience all the more valuable.
