Moya was absolut preppared , professional , and she had a way of making me understand every term and demonstration explained. You can see that Moya is verry experienced and knowledge trainer!

"Trainer" arrived late, course started 45 minutes after it should have. Multiple language and grammar errors in the course materials. The "trainer" literally just read every word on every slide of the PowerPoint. It was embarrassing. On one of the two occasions he sought feedback he laughed at a woman who stumbled over her words saying "It's funny when people can't read their own handwriting" A total waste of everyone's time and travel costs.
