Food good. Trainer vertly relevant and interesting to listen to. Got to the point Learnt more than previous courses.
John was great he made learning very easy to follow and any questions asked were answered. No question was ever 'silly'. His style of teaching is great and definitely put me at ease. I feel like it's the only first aid course I've attended that I feel like I'm not coming away from it overwhelmed. I would tend to never take the lead in situations that requires first aid. After todays workshop i feel fully capable of taking the lead as a first responder.

Tony was very engaging and ensured everybody understood the topics before moving forward. There were many opportunities to practice the practical parts of the course with close guidance given by Tony.
