E-learning module was very good and allowed the pre-course material to be covered in smaller sections at times that suited me. The in person training session was very well delivered.

Tony was fantastic. He kept the 3 days light hearted but serious and I have learnt a lot during the duration of the course. The practical element and time to practice what we had learnt was great and very helpful to embed learning.
