Very understanding and easy to understand
Very good, made me think. Some grey areas in Libraries' policy and dealing with issues in reality.
I am more confident with safe guarding policies and how to handle them
Enjoyed the course, Brian was personable trainer who had a large range of examples to share.
Training was informative, I learnt a lot which I am confident to apply, especially as I have the handbook and other resources to hand.
Would have welcomed more scenarios relevant to library work.
