Good knowledge course, unfortunately I feel majority of the course is irrelevant to the job role I will be carrying out
Pity the first 2 videos gave slightly misleading information

Wasn’t sure what to expect from the course but found it reassuring to approach staff in the future.
It was a useful introduction and overview of how to spot potential signs of poor mental health, and how to initiate discussion about this. It is good to be aware of a manager's responsibilities in these situations.
Mark was very supportive and engaging. Thoroughly enjoyed and will take this forward in my role.
