John made it so easy to listen to him with his interesting stories and tactics to keep us engaged the man's a living legend had a lot of fun today found out a lot I never knew before would definitely do it all over again
Overall, I found the EFAW course extremely worthwhile and enjoyable. The course was well structured and covered a good range of important first-aid situations in a way that was practical, straightforward and easy to understand. I particularly liked the balance between the theory and practical exercises, as it allowed me to put the knowledge into practice rather than simply listening to information. The scenarios and hands-on elements made the training feel relevant to situations that could genuinely happen in the workplace. The course was engaging throughout and gave me a much better understanding of how to respond calmly and effectively in an emergency. I also feel that it has increased my confidence in knowing what steps to take and when to take them. Overall, it was a very informative, practical and enjoyable course, and I would definitely recommend the EFAW course to anyone who wants to develop their first-aid knowledge and confidence.
