I think there was a lot of confusion regarding what rospa required and what they were marking against

I understand it is not the trainers fault, there seeems to be a disconnect between Health Matters NI and ROSPA, at various times throughout the course it was not always entirely clear what exactly ROSPA were looking for in the asssessment, I had to change session plans and slides to accomodate to changing information

The trainer Eamonn was very good and considerate However it appears he was working of a course manual and when asked questions on certain items had to refer to another person or back to ROSPA ROSPA work to a time criteria of presentations approximately 30minutes this is okay with a small class of 4 but with a larger number of 8 learners more time is needed for discussion and interaction with learners

The training was well structured and easy to follow. The concepts were explained clearly, making them easy to understand. What stood out most was the practical aspect of the training—the hands-on exercises were excellent and helped reinforce the learning. The combination of clear explanations and practical application made the knowledge stick and boosted my confidence in applying it in real situations.
