Trainer made everyone feel comfortable

Tony’s training was fantastic. I would have been unable to do little more than phone an ambulance before this course, now I have the confidence to help. I enjoyed every minute.

Content had capacity of being very 'heavy' but was delivered with empathy and consideration. The trainer had experiences that he was able to draw on and provide the reality behind possible interactions with colleagues.

All parking spaces reserved, no information on closest parking for people who don't know the area.
