Great presenter

Eamonn was excellent, he had fantastic knowledge in describing the physiology behind why certain things were happening.

I just completed a moving and handling of people, and it was fantastic! The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, making complex concepts easy to understand. The hands-on practice helped reinforce the techniques, and I feel much more confident in my ability to handle tasks safely and efficiently. Highly recommend it to others!
