Good course could be shortened a little

Quite a long course. I feel it could be condensed into two days of training. With perhaps a bit more active learning.

Really useful course. Good to be reminded of need for continuous improvement and to be proactive. Brian was an excellent trainer who made what can be a dry (but necessary) subject area, interesting. Thanks for a useful course.
