Very engaging and welcoming trainer

I have been on many one day first aid courses over the years, however the knowledge I have gained through the expertise of how Colin delivered this training will hopefully remain with me for a long time. Everything was explained at an understanding which was exceptional !

The explanation behind what your a action was each time was brilliant.

I really have enjoyed this course, it has been the most enjoyable first aid course I’ve been on. Relaxed atmosphere and reassuring. Always asking was everyone ok, any questions needing clarified etc.
