The teaching is very clear and easy to understand

The course content was excellent—very informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. I now feel much more confident and equipped to deal with a first aid incident should one ever arise (although I hopefully never have to use it!). Tony delivered the course exceptionally well. He balanced theory, practical learning, and assessments throughout the three days, ensuring everyone remained engaged and understood the material. He made learning enjoyable, interactive, and fun at all times, which helped build confidence and maintain interest throughout the course.
