It was clear John is very experienced delivering the training, and his first hand experience of delivering first aid made the training very interesting.

Great updated information and explanation as to why procedures have changed. Safe, encouraging learning environment where participants were made to feel supported and felt confident to ask the trainer questions.

Tony was superb. Thorough in his training and assessment, but made it enjoyable, engaging and memorable as he linked it to real life situations.

Really enjoyed this course. Was pitched perfectly and gave me the confidence and knowledge to take back to the work place. It was extremely practical and would highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed this 2 day refresher.
