This is my second time taking the course. Lisa is a standout trainer in the way she approaches and manages the difficult subjects raised. I really appreciate how she engages with everyone and asks sensible, relevant questions. This course and Lisa are a refreshing change from others I’ve attended over the years, where the trainer simply reads from a textbook. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
