Eamonn used a lot of his personal experience and told us lots of anecdotes about First Aid which I found really useful. This helped to really show the reality of First Aid.

Course was engaging and helped me refresh my knowledge. The trainer was very professional, knowledgeable and delivered the course really well.

Understood the course content that was being taught and was interesting to hear about the different stories that had happened within the workplace

Overall course is dragged out and could be done is a shorter period of time with all the information still relavant to the course
