John was great he made learning very easy to follow and any questions asked were answered. No question was ever 'silly'. His style of teaching is great and definitely put me at ease. I feel like it's the only first aid course I've attended that I feel like I'm not coming away from it overwhelmed. I would tend to never take the lead in situations that requires first aid. After todays workshop i feel fully capable of taking the lead as a first responder.
