Good course overall, very details and could be condensed
I felt course was good balance of theory/content and case studies examples etc.
Very good course with in depth detail of how a person can feel and support services available through organisations and self support from peers.
Enjoyed more inparticular the group engagement activities, getting opinions etc. Maybe in terms of more expeirience, would a role play situation to a conversation maybe give me a bit of first hand help to prepare for these sorts of chats
