The course was excellent. Moya was an amazing trainer. I would recommend this company highly. A great learning experience.

Moyà’s knowledge is second to none. Very insightful and was more than happy to answer any question that was thrown at her. It’s clear that Moyà is passionate about the subject and wants trainees to have the same passion. Thank you Moya :)

Trainer was excellent. No question was too silly and made us all feel extremely comfortable. Only recommend would be I feel a small lunch should be provided.

I think more active participation would have been more beneficial. I enjoyed the last part but think it would have been better if we all got the try some self defence techniques. I also think there should have been more open questions for the group to answer so that more active examples came to light. Material was good but training could of been more interactive and engaging for participates
