Very positive experience and I feel that I've learnt a lot. Very happy and confident coming out of this.

Covered more topics than expected. It was my first 1st aid course and I was so enthused by the content of the course and the knowledge of the trainer. He ensured it was kept to an understandable level with little jargon and medical terminology which I feel made the information easier to retain.

The coursework was easy to follow with the intuitive flow of the online portal, any questions or issues were immediately resolved by a simple email or a friendly call with the provider. I cant fault Health Matters at any stage, they delivered what they said they would. I never passed the NG2 Exam and deserved to fail because of the few errors I made, I see more learning value from failing. You even get another shot at this, not something you see often. All in all, good fun its been good getting back to studying.
