Excellent Trainer, effective and efficient training which was easy to understand. Polite and courteous.

The trainer was very engaging and make it interactive and enjoyable. He was able to light up the training. It was a blaze of laughs and fun.

Firstly, I wish to say, I enjoyed this course and will hopefully try, your Occupational Health and Safety course next. I also wish to say the tutor Mark was excellent and very engaging after the the first two nights which were the heavy lifting theory bits I felt a little overwhelmed by the Open Book Exam. I hope I have done enough to pass it, but I am nervous as I don't know how it is marked. While I put a lot of work into the course and indeed the exam, I simply don't know if my answers an referencing are right. My expectation going into the exam from both tutors we had,was it would take circa 6 - 8 hours. I believe it took me almost 16 I am also really nervous about the Risk Assessment. The thought of it having to be completely right first time, is stressful
