The handling techniques are very easy and user friendly, I was happy to learn them all in a short while.

The trainer was excellent & very engaging. I was supposed to take the course last month & Dympna phoned when I was on my way 15 minutes late to say someone else had taken my place so I wouldn't recommend health matters or venue. Very poor attitude to normal lifestyle issues that arise.
