Good training session

Pity the first 2 videos gave slightly misleading information

Lightening issues with the room.

I will definitely consider this company and venue when it comes time renewing my CSR card again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from the course but found it reassuring to approach staff in the future.

It was a useful introduction and overview of how to spot potential signs of poor mental health, and how to initiate discussion about this. It is good to be aware of a manager's responsibilities in these situations.

Mark was very supportive and engaging. Thoroughly enjoyed and will take this forward in my role.

Good value for money.
