I really enjoyed the course, finding it very insightful and will use the knowledge in my work/life practices in the future.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and understanding.
Very informative and hard-hitting course, but thoroughly useful and enjoyable. Mark had a very personable manner about him and went over the materials in a professional way.
Excellent course, however would benefit from face-to-face delivery
