Very informational, made it as fun as possible both theory and practical.
Course was good everything was explained very well and answered any questions we had.
Good coverage of content. Mark has a good level of energy for presenting.
Brilliant course, well paced and informative, Mark got everyone involved which made the course more engaging!
Instructor was professional and made sure to keep each person happy and interested, as for the training I understand there is a basic need to understand hazards and risks but I would also understand if people were to get confused as to what applies to them as some factors may not come into play in different situations and works being carried out would not affect those carrying out such tasks
